Description
RDM/DMX Signal Booster/Splitter.
RDM, or Remote Device Management, is a protocol extension to USITT DMX512, enabling two-way communication between lighting consoles and RDM-compliant devices over a standard DMX line. This facilitates configuration, status monitoring, and management remotely.
To utilize RDM, you’ll need an RDM-enabled DMX controller along with fixtures that are RDM-compatible and compliant. Additionally, any DMX splitters used in the setup must also be RDM-enabled and compliant.
